For us, it will be a journey back to the essentials of our civilization. It may be noted that in the opening speech by Khadem-ul-Haramain King of Saudi Arabia, Salman Ibn Abdul Aziz Ibn Saud at the First OIC Summit on Science & Technology in Astana, called on Muslim Ummah to practice science-Technology again like in the Golden Medieval Arabia. Responding to this call, by the infinite mercy of Allah Almighty, the Islamic Research for Reviving of Science-Tech Center (IRRSTC) was established in Chittagong, the commercial capital of Bangladesh, on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Later, the following organizations/institutions were formed “Islamic Research for Reviving Science-Tech Center” (IRRSTC) with affiliates with a view to implementation the following Science-Tech related clauses of Astana Declaration 2017: Clause No: 7. We affirm our resolve to eradicate extreme poverty from our society including poverty of the mind, and to bring forth the creative and innovative strengths of all our peoples, being mindful of the disruptive nature of modern science and its emerging relationship with society in the 21st Century.https://new.oic-oci.org/Lists/ConferenceDocuments/Attachments/78/1is-st-dec-en.pdf Clause 8: We reaffirm further our commitment to make knowledge and its application an essential feature of the way we live and work and take important decisions. Clause 13: We agree to take necessary measures for the practical implementation of the recommendations of OIC S&T Agenda 2026.In this regard we urge all Member States to prepare joint programs and proposals, through active consultation with leading academics, scientists and technologists, Clause 14: We express our resolve to reach the goals of OIC S&T Agenda 2026 through a focused series of initiatives and programs in education, skills development, basic and applied sciences, and big science which will be implemented through multi-national and multi-institutional stakeholders in the Member States. Clause 16: We encourage Member States to make universities and other institutions of higher learning, particularly scientific research institutions, as centers of excellence so that they can play an effective role in developing within the society a culture of inquiry, intellectual pursuit and merit. Clause 17: We reaffirm our commitment to increase the allocation of funding on development of education, science, health and water to achieve the goals set forth in OIC 2025: Plan of Action and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030 19. We encourage interested Member States to work together in developing programs for ‘big’ science, as outlined in OIC S&T Agenda 2026, which are multidisciplinary in nature and content. Clause 21: We call for reviewing the security of digital content by examining and harmonizing existing laws, policies and response related to Cyber-security in the Member States, keeping in mind its profound implications for all affairs of state and the emergence of meta-data. Clause 22: We welcome the role of the Islamic Organization for Food Security and emphasize the importance of supporting its activities in accordance with General Assembly resolutions of the Islamic Organization for Food Security held in April 2016 in Astana. Clause 23: We commend the concerted efforts by OIC General Secretariat and relevant OIC institutions particularly IAS, ICCIA, IDB, ISESCO and SESRIC in promoting intraOIC cooperation in the field of Science, Technology and Innovation. We call upon the OIC General Secretariat and the OIC institutions to continue and strengthen their cooperation for promoting STI in Member States. Clause 24: We take note with appreciation of the launching of the Science, Technology and Innovation Fund by the IDB which will significantly contribute to the implementation of the OIC Agenda 2026 for Science, Technology and Innovation as well as address the development needs of the OIC member states. We, therefore, call upon the Member States to contribute to the Fund. Clause 25: We request the Chairman of COMSTECH in cooperation with the OIC Secretary General to put in place institutional mechanisms for effective overseeing of the implementation of OIC S&T Agenda 2026. mystery of light not returning to the singularity event horizon of a black hole: Revealing the mystery of light not returning to the singularity event horizon of a black hole: Explanation: Light is both a wave and a particle. It contains photons rich in magnetic quanta. According to quantum theory, the waves are active as particles. In the vicinity of the singularity event horizon of a black hole, there is an infinite gravitational force that enters the singularity event horizon of a black hole in a strong and regular manner, and the light formed by waves and particles are being smashed due to the infinite mass of gravity, are twisted and become one, losing the original properties of light. As a result, light cannot return from singularity i.e., event horizon of a black hole. For example, if sugar or salt is mixed with water, we never see water with sugar or salt as separately, because since water, sugar and salt are became as singularity. Even after the Big Bang, the 4 forces were united, then the three forces separated with anti forces. But gravity is separated without its anti force, now called is graviton. According to the Research Center, gravity is not without anti particles, the anti gravity is called Quantum graviton, which is considered synonymous with gravity. However, in physics, there is some difference between gravity and gravitation. Gravity is considered celestial gravity and main gravity is considered as terrestrial attraction. The 3 major forces have positive and negative charges, just like the sun and the earth have positive + negative charges. In Gravity should also supposed to be there of positive + negative charges. Because everything in nature comes in pairs. Gravity cannot be an exception. If celestial gravity is positively charged, then there is enough reason for terrestrial gravity to be negatively charged, according to the Research Center, for the following reasons: A) The entire celestial gravity is magnetic. Therefore, it is said that gravity is only attractive, it cannot repel. Since gravity is celestial, it interacts with: a) the magnetic field existing in the sky b) With the magnetic quanta of light, the carrier particle of the electromagnetic force, photons. As a result, the attraction of gravity, which is though 10 to 36 times weaker, increases the magnatic power at a balanced rate, so that it plays a role as a positive charge to hold the wandering creatures without roots or foundations. Research Center thinks that it may be possible to apply 13 teravolts of energy to create artificial electrons and quarks. It is not unusual for artificial electrons and quarks to be produced by creating vibrations. In 2011, a study by CERN under the OPERA project proved a thousand times that the speed of neutrinos is 60 nanoseconds faster than the speed of light. Under a scientific project called 'Project OPERA', the European Atomic Research Organization based in Switzerland took the step of discovering the speed of neutrinos. In the first step of an experiment to discover the speed of neutrinos, proton particles were created in an underground device called the synchrotron in Switzerland and thrown onto graphite. In this, proton particles were broken down to create some complex particles, which decayed into muons and muon neutrinos in a short time. These particles were then thrown onto iron. In this, all other particles except the muon neutrino were reflected or absorbed. Muon neutrinos penetrate the earth's soil and rocks and reach Italy, about 750 kilometers away. These neutrinos can easily pass through iron and run from one side to the other at a speed faster than the speed of light. It is worth noting that the time it took to travel from Switzerland to Italy has been shown to reach Italy at least 60 nanoseconds (1 nanosecond = one billionth of a second) earlier than the current speed of light. a change of only 60 nanoseconds from the speed of light means a radical change in science. As a result CERN was being faced questions due to this discovery and in lieu of Nobel Prize, the head of the Project Opera team has to be reprimanded. It is worth noting that, after receiving the results of any scientific experiment, the first task of scientists is to eliminate the errors and mistakes of the experiment. To eliminate such errors, scientists do the same experiment over and over again. For various reasons, the results of the experiment may not be the same. Then the average results of multiple experiments are calculated. Along with this, the possibility of error is also calculated. In the Opera experiment in question, the speed of neutrinos has been measured about 16,000 (sixteen thousand) times over several years. Even then, the average result obtained, even after considering the possibility of error, proves that the speed of neutrinos is greater than the speed of light. Now all that remains is to verify whether there is any error in the experiment itself. Since no error has been found in the Opera experiment so far, the SARN testers have published all the information on the Internet. In order to protect the principles of physics, including the Standard Model, renowned scientists including the then top British physicist Stephen Hawking requested the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) authorities to reconsider this discovery. Numerical evaluation: Multiplying the mass of a known object by the square of the speed of light will give the energy of the object. So, for a simple mathematical calculation of the square of the speed of light with the mass of the object, Einstein chose the round speed of light as 1,86,000 (one hundred eighty-six thousand) miles. It should be noted that the actual natural speed of light is: 1,86,282.397 (one Lakh eighty-six thousand two hundred twenty-three decimal three nine seven) miles. What is the secret of this telepathy? The concept of frontier science, a new science, emerged from these questions. Scientists have already found the light of frontier science in their hands to dispel the myth that a dead person once came to life in the cycle of time. Words or sentences are not just waves, but according to quantum mechanics, they are a source of energy - although it has already been proven, how much scientific impact does it have? If Democritus discovered the existence of the material structure of the universe in just one word, then why would the idea of the entire universe existing in one word be unscientific? This issue has been very much on the minds of scientists lately. In string theory, the source of all particles in the universe is only vibration, the magnitude of which is electron and which is quark. The World Islamic Science-Tech Research Center believes that the source of vibration is energy, which is derived from the highest energetic radiation. Leaders of the Islamic world are engaged in practical decision-making relating to measures aimed at developing joint Islamic action and advancing the OIC’s roles regional and international scales. The Summit will look at the adoption of the ‘OIC Programme of Action: 2016 – 2025’, which constitutes a strategic vision with specific priorities addressing: peace and security, terrorism and extremism, humanitarian work, human rights, development and poverty alleviation, the rights of women, children and family in the Islamic world, higher education, science and technology, and cultural exchange among OIC Member States. This years’ Summit, held under the theme ‘unity and solidarity for justice and peace’ will also discuss the current situation in Syria, Yemen, Libya, Afghanistan, Somalia, Mali, Jammu and Kashmir, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Armenia’s aggressions on Azerbaijan, as well as other Member States afflicted by conflicts and unstable security situations. The Egyptian Deputy Foreign Minister for Multilateral Affairs and representative of the 12th session of the Islamic Summit Conference, Ambassador Hisham Badr, delivered a speech where he praised the efforts exerted by the OIC over the past months. Ambassador Badr highlighted that the OIC was founded on the basis of promoting solidarity among the OIC Member States and consolidating relations among the peoples of the Muslim Ummah.
